Im sorry this is of no technical interest but i LOVE the way the 2CV6 column has no 75mph figure.
Pansy citroen testers. 75mph easy. But at that mpg is about 34. big drop from the 56mph figure.
OK, so i've got some stuff, some of it goes, some of it doesnt, some of it never will again!

Just looked at these again, and it's very noticeable that the fuel consumption figures for vehicles with EGR are worse than those without it.

Typical. Even more evidence that it's a completely stupid system.
... all landings are in fact controlled crashes, and any crash you can walk away from is a good landing. The definition of a good pilot is a man with the same number of landings as take-offs.

The 19 n/a is only 1mpg out on 2 of the tests and the same on the 75 one?????????

I've found a good use for 3 EGR units off the HDI engine. joined side by side they would make an
excellent intercooler :)
72... AND STILL ROCKIN..........around the world...... NOT in a chair yet

Now XBX And into HDI.....as well as other ...err.... things.

Now look at the XM 2.1TD fuel figures.... tis quite a drop for something that is supposed to be an environmental benefit..

/\ true.

EGR is utter shit. Always has been.
The number of EGR equipped cars we have to disconnect the bloody valve on and rag the shit out of it to get it through an emissions test is scary.
