I assume it's this stuff you're after Vanny........ it's only 1.7m x 60mm but if it's of any use you're welcome to it mate

Re: Flexible exhaust pipe
Do you remember that flexible 2" stainless pipe I had from the farm Vanny? sounds like the stuff smiffy described. I have about a metre of it, which may do to jubilee on your exhaust and then into a home made box with extractor fan fitted (which I have and can donate! 240V AC) then out of box and into that tumble dryer extraction concertina type hose (also available from bandit spares!). The only issue I can think of is the water vapour condensing so a little drain hole might be a good idea and not to have the fan at the lowest point. I also have the 60mm (ish) stainless tube (solid tube mind) you gave me for the intercooler conversion which I've not done and don't intend to.

Re: Flexible exhaust pipe
Bandit, its not unrealistic to see 100c + from the exhaust, and as you need a draw flow you need at least 100% extra over the outlet, so for my 60mm tail i need 80 to 100mm exhuast. My problem isn't girth, but rubber. I want something to ensure my chrome tail dont get sctrached I also need flexibility because i dont want to scratch the exhaust. Docco's 100mm flexi is a good start mind, just need some high temp silicone

Re: Flexible exhaust pipe
Ahh, then what you need is an "exhaust cone" rubberised doobery thing we have on the extractors in work.
I'll nickone of them aswell if you like.
Sinc the whole fucking company is being made redundant, I doubt any cunt will notice, since there wont be anybody left to notice!

Re: Flexible exhaust pipe
I'll nick one, they have done plenty to fuck me off in the last week, but do remember that they are for 3-5 inch diameter exhaust pipes!
They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away...
but now that most of them are muslim, I find bacon and sausages work better!

Re: Flexible exhaust pipe
doesnt matter smiffy, you need them to be loose to create a draw as i wont be adding a fan. Just need to steal a top hat and cowl from my uncles place and i'll have the whole lot for free.
