How the fuck does that work? Bandit said it was something Italian and I suggested a Mk2 Cortina. Smiffy, who posted 5 fucking hours AFTER me, suggests it's Mk1 Escort and you say he's closest because it's a Ford. Who the fuck do you think made the Mk2 'tina, Aston Fucking Martin perhaps?

Anyway you cheating scouse bastard I now believe they are from a Mk1 Capri, possibly the early pre-facelift one which had Mk1 escort rear lights. What do i win if I'm right?

The point was, me old china, that Vanny said you were nearest because you mentioned a Ford whereas I had indeed suggested a Ford before you did. For your foul and abusive message I herby give you a red card*.

*Rescinded on appeal because you've been dahn sarf so you're excused. Just this once.

I was never sure it was, because it's been more than 20 years since I last saw a mk1 high spec dash. They usually just had the 2 big dials.

Some of you older gents may know, was it just the mexico, or did the 1300E also have this dash?

I think the 1300E had the same dash..

Either way, I should have won, cos I'd have known that, I just wasn't on line at the time..
