Leaking coolant

Hi all,
Well here I am again asking for your knowledge and experience, so my 19 tgd auto has sprung a coolant leak on the head. The leak has sprung through what looks like an 8mm thread "with no bolt in it" smack bang in the middle of the four injectors. Any thoughts and info would be great guys. Iv checked our other bx's and these have no bolt in the mystery thread either. they also don't have shit coloured coolant fluid coming out too.
All the best folks, hope you can help

any chance of a picture, cant say I can picture quite what said thread would be, aside from the tapping for the intercooler bracket, but i'm pretty sure NA heads dont have that tapping...

[chin] My 93 N/A had a thread there Doc. The one that busted, not the one I got off you.
I think they used whatever head castings they had on those last production models.

Try some loctite and a suitable screw.

yarp, I think it's the thread for the centre bracket for the IC, or in the case of the NA it'll be for the bracket that holds the stupid plastic multireturn for the leak off pipes, it's tapped right through into the headbolt hole, so if it's leaking coolant there... erm..

Some loctite and a tapped screw should stop it leaking from there.

However it may find it's way out elsewhere...erm...yeah.
