What proper bx you daft punk? My driveway is fucked now anyway......20 ltrs of coolant, 200 ltrs of lhm, 5000 ltrs of diesel....you fucker....

Temper temper girls. Everything David says is correct, but like I said earlier,If it was 180 out at the top it wouldnt turn.I think it is probably just a bit out. Just to make sure, take out pin turn the crank a full rev and replace pin. Check timing hole line up in cam sprocket(about 4o`clock)
check timing holes line up in the pump sprocket.(there are 2 either side of roughly the 3o`clock position) if the holes are too far out to get a longish 8mm bolt to start, the belt has to come off, all the holes aligned, bolts fitted and the belt refitted and tensioned. remove all pins/bolts. turn two full revs by hand at the crankshaft pulley.(mark with chalk at top first then you know you`ve done two turns)release the tensioner again an then let it tighten again and lock it at the screw. If you havn`t hit anything when you do the hand turn you know that all is good. Finally refit cambelt covers job done all round!

Camshaft hole is currently 10 oclock ish! Maybe nothing is actually 'out' after all but as David has pointed out, after another 360deg on the cranky it'll all line up. It's always lined up 1st time in the past so I've not come across this 'phenomenon' before..
