I know I am about the only one who regularly uses this part of the forum but I do value the input of you guys

I am seriously thinking of getting tints done on the car , probably as dark as the law allows (almost limo tint )

I know its a matter of personal taste but what do yoy think ?

it's 90% about personal tint! however, the amount your kids tend to be ferried around, i bet they will appreciate the extra shading! i have voted yes because while you might think it chavy i believe it will enhance your use of the vehicle which is good! if your doing front side windows be carefull, and i really would not shade the front (personal opinion!) also blaked out is for black cars as the 90% local coloured community will attest too!

It really is down to personal taste, so if you want to do it, go for it.

Kitch's black valver had VERY (almost balck) tint on the hatch and rear windows, IMHO it looked bloody awful.

I'd never tint the front windows (legal implications), but then I like the standard green tint of the glass anyway.

But it really is a personal thing mate.

Comments as above.I haven't voted,because, as you say,it's a personal taste thing.I was considering getting mine done,but for it to look right,you need all the side windows dark(it would look ace ,matching with the black window surrounds)Then you're looking at legality /visibility isses.Sorry I'm not being much help here

its a fair bit of money to spend on something that could look great or could just as easily look shite .

Ask Kitch for some piccies of the black valver he had 'BBB'.

That had tint, but I thought it looked bloody awful.

if you can get a piccy of that then we could photoshop it into your colour and you can see what it looked like before spending any money!
